Shipping & Delivery
I.D. Jewelry offers complementary express shipping on every order. Each shipment is securely packaged, fully insured, and shipped using only the most highly regarded and reliable courier services. Shipments are sent via FedEx. We also offer other convenient specialty services, such as expedited shipping, shipment of gifts to an alternate address, and holding a package for pick-up at a FedEx location.
Signature Required: To protect the security of your shipment, we require that an adult signature sign at the time of delivery, regardless of any arrangements you may have with the courier. Our packages are fully insured until delivery at the shipping address. Additionally, to ensure that someone will be available to sign for your package, an e-mail message will be sent notifying you of your tracking number and that your package has been shipped.
Shipping to an Alternate Address: I.D. Jewelry understands that there may be times when you are unavailable to receive a package at home, or you might want to have a gift shipped directly to the recipient. In such cases, simply contact your credit card or bank institution to add the alternative shipping address to your account. This security precaution protects our customers from fraudulent activity and will expedite the shipping process.
Hold For Pick-Up Option: If you prefer, we can arrange to hold your package at a local FedEx location to be picked up at your convenience. For your protection, signature and photo identification are required to pick up your shipment. If you would like to have your package sent to a FedEx Hold for pick up location, or to find the FedEx location closest to you, contact an I.D. Jewelry representative at 888-921-9372.
APO/FPO Addresses: I.D. Jewelry does ship to APO/FPO addresses but discloses that the package is only insured until the point that it is signed for.
P.O. Box Addresses: I.D. Jewelry requires that a physical address is provided for every online order placed, and does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Appraisal & Packaging of Diamonds and Fine Jewelry: Every item shipped from I.D. Jewelry will be presented in our stunning packaging accompanied with all related documents, including the appraisal and diamond certificate (if applicable).

Returns & Replacements
I.D. Jewelry LLC believes in complete customer satisfaction which is why we offer our valued customers a 30-day return policy. Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider and asking your friend and family for their opinions so that you can be 100% certain of your purchase.

Ordering
Once your order was placed you will be given an order number than can be used to track or view updates when you login to your account online. If you would like to change or cancel an order please call us on 212-921-9372 and speak to a Consultant. Please note that we won't be able to cancel an order if it was already shipped or if it's deemed a special order.
Viewing Orders
Once your order was placed please log in to your account and you can view order status and updates during your order process. You order will be updated once shipped with a FedEx tracking number. IT will be updated automatically so you can see the exact date and time your order will be delivered.
Updating Account Information
Your account information can be updated by logging into your account. The default page will be your account dashboard. The editable fields will have an edit button that will allow you to make changes to you name, address etc.
